health and safety stonebridge farm

While we are walking to the farm things we will encounter are traffic. To avoid it we need to stay as a group. Another problem we will face is crossing the road. To avoid that we need to be as a group.
At the farm we need to be aware of animals attack because they are frightened and fragile. Large animals can attack also, to avoid that we need be behind the bars/fence. Do not touch the animals because you can catch germs but if you touch them use anti-bacterial gel. You might have a hazard of tripping, to avoid that you need to watch where you're going. There are chances of raining to avoid that we need rain coats and umbrella so we can keep the camera safe

Proposal Stonebridge farm

stonebridge farm proposal

I will be going to Stonebridge farm with my class and take pictures of the animals that I have chosen. There are two different animals in each group for my photography. First I will take pictures of rabbits and horses. The rabbits are small and fragile with soft fur coats and I will be aware of their weakness and be careful when taking pictures. In contrast the horses are large animals that can cause damage to humans if they are startled and frightened. I will ask one of the farm workers to help control the horses whilst I take pictures. The second group are goats and cows and winged animals. There will be workers on each section of animals and I have to ask permission to take pictures of my chosen animals. The third group are sheep and ponies, again I have to find a worker and ask permission to take the animals' pictures.

proposal for board game

Proposal

I will make a board game for my creature and I will call it "creature dice" the reason why i'm calling it "creature dice" because it's going to be a dice game similar to Ludo.
I have chose a good background for my board game. Tsize of my board game is 297mm x 420mm I will create it using Adobe Photoshop

This picture is from Harry Potter Studio were I went on the 14th of January with my class. I have taken this picture myself usig my phone but I wanted to use HDR settings but the clock was moving so it wasn't a good idea and I have not used any filters but I will edit it later using Adobe Photoshop. It's a three player game and it will have a dice so the players can move their creatures. I will add a title with creepy font. To do that I will use DaFont, a thumbnail, age rating of 7 plus because anyone can play but younger children can have a danger of chocking hazard.  A quote "the test of wizards" from Harry Potter. The thumbnail will be the same as my background for my board game. The unique design is that the board game goes around the clock and at last you have get six on the dice to win the game.

The three creatures I made will be on the box so people will know what the game contains.

http://thlog.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/Harry-Potter-Clue-Game-e1291781150443.jpg
  1. Target audience are 9 plus. Also adults can play because if people are interested in Harry Potter they can play the board game
  2. The characteristics is Harry Potter and the font is just like the Harry Potter movie and there is also pictures of Harry Potter studio. The box has a title with a short information of Harry Potter's movie. It has a target audience and it tells you many players can play also family can play too.

The target audience is 8 plus its is a Lego board game. To play this you need to go from point A to Point B and there is a dice and it tells how much forward you need to go.  The board game has target audience, how long it takes to play the game and how many players can play (minimum 2 players) It also has Harry Potter title an logo on the box. You can play as different players which are cast in Harry Potters film

This trivial pursuit is 600 questions based on Harry Potter and target audience is 8 plus and it is 2 plus players. It has a picture of Harry Potter  and a title with logo. The box has picture of characters in Harry Potter such as dumbledore, ron weasley and  Hermione Granger. It also has a train and a dice.

https://theboardgameshow.files.wordpress.com/2014/01/harrypotter.png
This board game is called Mystery at Hogwarts and the targets audience is 8 plus also adults. This game comes with cards. The box has a picture  of a great hall. The great is the place where they made the actual film. The box is colourful. On the bottom right its the company logo who made the board game.

Overall I like the trivial pursuit because the game is clear and has character designs on it and has all the information on it and the picture is clear to see which is the main feature.

When taking pictures we must be careful of animals moving or attacking. They are easily frightened so you need avoid sudden movement and making loud noises as they may cause an adverse reaction.

I will make test shots for each picture which means I will take a picture from different angles and use the camera flash on a different picture. The ISO setting I will change the shuttter speed to normal or fast for each picture and I will take 10-15 pictures of the same animal. I will use a white paper to make my camera more focused and the image sharp.

I will use Adobe Photoshop CS6 and the editing techniques I will use are crop tools, colour filters, image disappearance, and marque tool.

research

Research
for each picture finish 7 questions

Identify the shot type and angle? (low-angle, birds-eye, shallow depth etc)
2.       Describe the subject matter.
3.       Describe the lighting that may have been used.
4.       Describe the mood/emotion.
5.       What are the key point(s) of interest?
6.       What action has been captured? (if applicable)

The Troll

The description of this creature is that he is clumsy, extremely smelly and animal instincts
The idea of recreating this creature with an animal i would use a cow's body and his head.
high level from side shot

This image looks like a mid-shot and it has a green filter. The emotion shows that the creature is angry and trying to attack someone.

this picture was taken by myself phone when I went to the harry potter studio on Thursday 14 January 2016.
the first image is a high level close up and the one I took is just high level.

Aragog and the Spiders

This image looks like a spider with a creatures hand in his mouth. It looks like a mid-shot with a black and white filter which reminds me of film Noir assignment. The emotions show that the spider is angry.

Harry Potter and a centaur
This image is taken in landscape and the creature with the background looks professional.

Thestral
This creature with the background looks like a villain because most creatures are bad but the mid-shot makes it looks better because you can see the whole creatures body. The filter makes it look like a dark side of the creature.

Background
These pictures I took when I went to the Harry Potter Studio and most of them were used in the actual Harry Potter Movies

I took this picture from a normal angle. The picture of a wooden gate. There were artificial lights and it had green screen at the back
This door reminds me of a medieval time and the houses in 15th century.

I took this picture because it looked good for my board game. I used a mid-shot and there was no camera settings.
I took this picture because it looked good from the angle from where I was viewing it. I forgot the name of the shot but it is similar to depth of field.
I took this picture because I liked it and it looked shiny and the gold colour was unique to the background
I took this picture when I first entered the studio and I thought this can be part of the background for my board game.
I took this picture when we were going in to the studio. I went for a mid-shot and it looked good. I used this image for my website on graphic design website lesson.. My favorite part is the snow on the ground because it blends in the image.
This picture was my second favorite to put it on my board game but sadly you could see a person on bottom right and this could make me lose marks on this assignment.

This picture was taken from my phone and I used a mid-shot because it was too big and there were no camera settings. I like this picture because the background it bright.
